What happens if you loose your ticket.

All customers are required to have a ticket in order to board one of our planes. If you purchase a ticket over the phone or via our website, you will receive an electronic ticket confirmation via email. If you are coupon book holder, you will need to present a coupon for travel. Tickets purchased through sources other than Cape Air may issue paper tickets. Please check with your booking source.

If you should lose your ticket, you will need to purchase another. We will file a "lost ticket form" and after one year, if the ticket is never found or used, we will issue you a refund.
